"Even though it was a disappointing end to the season, I am proud of my players," Buccaneers assistant coach Kyle Murto said. "They have vastly improved from the beginning of the season and took down some teams that on paper were considered to be better than us. We will be fixing up some issues over the next couple of months and will look to compete well in NJCAA play and make a deep playoff run in the spring."

Competing for Blinn were sophomore Cade Mock and freshmen Andrew Askins and Jordan Johnson.

Blinn has competed in intercollegiate athletics since 1903 and captured 42 NJCAA national championships since 1987.
