Buccaneers take advantage of Pioneer miscues, 10-3

The Pioneers' four errors led to six unearned runs while Buccaneer freshman Robert Dickey was sharp through seven innings. Dickey allowed one unearned run through seven innings, striking out four and walking one. The Pioneers managed just six hits against the right-hander from Austin Bowie.

Nolan Brown and Robert Garza each drove in two runs and Scott Jones went 3-for-5 with a triple.

Wharton County starter Adrian Silguero took the loss, allowing two earned runs over 5 1/3 innings.
