Wade Regas enters his first season as an assistant coach for the Blinn College baseball team.

Regas, a native of Red Oak, Texas, arrives at Blinn following four seasons as an assistant and recruiting coordinator at Grayson College, where he worked under current Blinn head coach Dusty Hart. While at Grayson, Regas coordinated all recruiting efforts of prospective transfers and high school players, and recruited and coached 44 players who signed with NCAA Division I programs.

Between 2017-19, Regas served as a pitching coach and aided in recruiting as a member of the Odessa College baseball coaching staff. Odessa was ranked in the NJCAA Division I poll in each of Regas' three seasons with the team and reached as high as No. 12. Regas also coached 19 players at Odessa who went on to the NCAA DI level.

Regas played his high school ball at Red Oak High School, where he earned first-team all-district honors while playing all nine positions for the Hawks. Regas played collegiated at Frank Phillips Junior College in Borger, Texas, before transferring to Texas Wesleyan University. Regas finished his collegiate baseball career in 2017 before entering the coaching profession.
