BAYTOWN, Texas – After its third road game in seven days, the Blinn men's basketball team ran out of gas.
Blinn fell to Lee College here Wednesday night, 95-72.
"I thought the guys played hard and competed, we didn't have enough in the tank after those two road games," Blinn (12-6, 3-5) coach Scott Schumacher said.
Blinn trailed 53-29 at halftime.
Sophomore Macari Brooks scored 28 points and freshman Lionheart Leslie scored 18.
The Buccaneers return home Saturday for a 6 p.m. game against Jacksonville.
"We just have to regroup and get ready for Saturday," Schumacher said.
