The Blinn College esports team shut out Madison College for a 3-0 victory in a Rocket League match on Monday.

Playing for the Buccaneers were Stefan Sildor, Dawsen Harkins, and Christian O'Neil.

The Rocket League team will play its next match when it takes on Wake Technical Community College Blue at 6 p.m. on Monday, March 7. 

The Blinn esports team will be in action for a 6 p.m. League of Legends tilt on Tuesday, March 1. The opponent for that matchup has yet to be announced. On Thursday, March 3, the Buccaneer Valorant team takes on Catawba Valley Community College at 6 p.m. On Friday, March 4, Blinn's Overwatch squad battles Umpqua Community College at 5 p.m.

Blinn has competed in intercollegiate athletics since 1903 and captured 42 NJCAA national championships since 1987.
