Individually, the Bucs placed two golfers in the top 20, led by sophomore Cameron Hubbard. He finished 6-over across 54 holes and tied for eighth place. Sophomore Carson Wray tied for 16th at 8-over.

A total of 65 competitors played the tournament.

"I thought we had our ups and downs," Blinn head coach David Johnson said. "Some of our guys played solid golf, some played average, and some struggled. That's pretty much how golf goes. We're definitely looking forward to our next opportunity to play."

Blinn continues its season at The Happening tournament on Monday, March 6, at the Texas A&M Golf Club in College Station, Texas.

Blinn has competed in intercollegiate athletics since 1903 and captured 42 NJCAA national championships since 1987.
