1. $80.00 camp fee. Cash OR checks made out to:  Blinn College Softball (Bring to check-in)
2. All personal softball equipment
3. Warning-Assumption of and Acknowledgement of Risk Signed Waiver. You can scan the form here and email or bring to check-in. You will not be allowed to participate without waiver!
4. Bring a sack lunch
