The Buccaneers ranked second in the nation in passing yards with 3,241 yards and in passing touchdowns with 34. They defeated 14th-ranked Scottsdale Community College 23-20 in the Valley of the Sun Bowl.  Taking over the defense last season, Coach Felton led one of the most aggressive defenses in the country where they finished second in the nation in QB sacks.

While at Fullerton, Felton helped lead the Hornets to a 25-1 record and back-to-back California Community College Athletic Association championships. With Felton’s offensive line leading the way, the Hornet offense finished in the top five in the nation in numerous offensive categories, including first in scoring offense (54.2), total offense per game (556.6), and yards per carry (6.4).

Prior to Fullerton, Felton spent two seasons as the offensive line coach for Riverside City College (RCC). While at RCC, the Tigers posted an 18-5 record, won back-to-back conference championships, and earned two state playoff berths. Riverside City’s offense ranked in the top 20 in the state in 19 categories, including rushing offense, total offense, and scoring offense. The offensive line helped generate 204.2 rushing yards per game and 5.1 yards per rush.

Coach Felton spent 2009-2013 at North Dakota State College of Science (NDSCS) as the assistant head coach and offensive coordinator. While there, the offense set or tied 10 school records. Additionally, he ran the return teams, which set or tied six school records. NDSCS received a berth to the Graphic Edge Bowl in 2009.

Prior to NDSCS, Felton had stops at Whittier College (2005-09) and Citrus College (2001-04). At Whittier, he served as assistant head coach and offensive coordinator, and mentored a first-team all-conference quarterback who led the conference in total offense and broke numerous school records. While at Citrus College, Felton was the defensive coordinator and helped lead the Owls to a conference championship and South County Bowl berth.

Before joining the college ranks as a coach, Felton coached at Covina High School (1999-2001), Damien High School (1998), Ayala High School (1995-97), and at his alma mater, Glen A. Wilson High School (1992-94).
