Blinn College football moves up to No. 6 spot on NJCAA rankings

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado – The Blinn College football team moved up eight spots on the NJCAA football rankings released Tuesday after defeating the third-ranked team in the country in Week 2.

The Buccaneers climbed to No. 6 after defeating then-No. 3 Trinity Valley Community College, 31-27, on Saturday, Sept. 16. Trinity Valley dropped to No. 8 following the loss.

The Buccaneers are undefeated with a 3-0 record and will head on the road to face Kilgore College at 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23.

Fellow Region XIV Conference team Tyler Junior College is ranked No. 4.
