Blinn unable to get offense going in loss at Angelina, 11-1

LUFKIN, Texas – Blinn College baseball got an early home run from Koby Collins to tie the game at 1-1 but that would be all the offense for the Buccaneers as Angelina College pulled away for an 11-1 victory Tuesday night.

With the loss, Blinn falls to 2-2 on the year.

Blinn could only muster three hits all game and one was the solo home run to left by Collins. Hunter Trinidad and Marshall Skinner each had a single for the Buccaneers. Blinn had a hard time putting the ball in play with 11 strikeouts.
